Tricia Coleman-Waterbury, LMSW

(Sees patients in Waverly)

I have worked in the social work field  for over 15 years. I work to individualize therapy to each client’s needs. My primary focus is utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), and client centered approaches. I have worked with many clinical issues including anxiety, depression, transitional life adjustments, relationship struggles and coping with grief and loss. Additionally, I’m working toward the practical integration of trauma-informed yoga therapy, mindfulness and breath practices to reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, stress and to bring whole-body awareness into clients’ mental wellness.
